CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return your order on any original Santi Burgas perfume in full size. Some articles, such as our Discovery Sets, samples on any sizes and personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refund, except for damages during shipping. The packaging has to be in the same condition you received it: unopened with original packaging and labels, intact and in resellable conditions. Please note that shipping costs for returns are on you, for exchanges for damaged items on us. Unfortunately, you can’t return or exchange your perfume at the perfumery. In case you received your perfume broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to info@santiburgas.com.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

1. You can start your return request on your Customer account. Please, send an e-mail to info@santiburgas.com and include your order number, reason for return, your name and phone number to contact you, if necessary.

2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the return.

3. Pack your return in the original parcel conditions in order to prevent damage in transit.

4. Done!

We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your perfumes in the same condition you received them – unopened and unharmed.

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Return shipping costs are responsability of the customer, except for damaged items. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When receiving your return parcel with your perfume in the expected condition as described above, we start the refund process within 5-7 working days. Refund will be made using the same payment method you used in your original purchase.
